Gramim is a cloud software platform providing Telegram outreach automation, lead management, social listening, and customer relationship management tools for sales and marketing teams.
You agree not to use the Service to engage in any unlawful, harmful, or spamming activities. You represent and warrant that your communications comply with all applicable local and international marketing, data privacy, and anti-spam regulations (including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and PECR).
Gramim is an independent software tool and is NOT endorsed, sponsored, affiliated with, or associated with Telegram FZ-LLC or its affiliates. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use conforms to Telegram’s Terms of Service. Gramim accepts no liability for any action taken by Telegram regarding user accounts.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Billing occurs on a recurring cycle (monthly or annual). You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gramim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of the Service.
